In 2014, Jack Graham and his cousin made the decision to set up a vegan eatery in Mayfair, London. Encouraged by the growth of veganism and the success of cafes selling cold-pressed juices over in the US, they aimed to do the same thing in the UK. Today, the Raw Press brand has many supporters, with their products available in a number of supermarkets and other retailers. In their cafe, which is situated on Ellis Street in Chelsea, customers can try their selection of plant-based breakfast and lunch options, as well as sweeter offerings like their famous Pronuts (raw protein donuts). The focus here is on “grab and go” food that doesn’t compromise on taste or nutrition, but they have also recently launched their evening menu as well. This consists of vegan burgers and salads with irresistible ice cream sandwiches for dessert. As well as creating healthy, delicious food, the team at Raw Press has a strong commitment to sustainability, having committed to using eco-friendly packaging and independent local suppliers where possible. They have also teamed up with Almond to plant and protect trees for every £10 spent with them, so their customers can help the planet as they dine.

Seriously this place has the best healthy menu but sadly the staff changes all the time and my acai bowl portion depends on the person who prepares it! I wish they were more professional and maintain the standard at all times. ‘Cacao for now’ acai bowl was like half portion of toppings today and when I asked she said ‘oh yes it’s alright’. I eat the same bowl since day 1 - so it’s not the same!

Really nice spot, tucked away so not very busy. Definitely a health bar, they do bits like smoothies, bowls, brunch, salads etc. They also do pressed juice and little protein balls/sweet treats. It's a bit more pricey than a usual cafe spot but reflected in the ingredients (never had her pollen in a shake before this!)

A nice place, a bit pricey, but their food and drink selections are great. We tried the sweetcorn waffle, it was nice, we especially liked the vegan sour cream. Their cups and cutlery are all compostable, which is great, I know it is probably because of the pandemic, but I still wish they had non-disposable cups and plates for sit-in customers.

Very kind staff, excellent service and the best - healthy food and tasty. They also have options for GF bun for all the sandwiches and constantly improving the quality of it. Highly recommended spot.

Cosy place with good customer service. I just had an Avo Toast & a cappuccino and they were fine. I didn’t like that they serve everything in take away boxes with plastic cutlery even if you eat in. Nice vegan place overall and will definitely be back in the future.
