Pinch Cafe came about after chef Kuba decided to branch out on his own to create a vegan eating experience that would inspire people to try plant-based food. With a childhood spent in the kitchen learning his mum’s and granny’s recipes followed by 15 years of professional experience as a chef, he set up Pinch in a small space in Tooting to show off his vegan cuisine. The creativity at Pinch shines through in the variety of options they provide. Firstly, they have a host of coffees, teas and smoothies to quench any thirst, while their sandwiches, wraps and brunches can fill even the emptiest of stomachs. They even serve a meat-free Full English Breakfast for those really looking to fill a hole. The traditional Sunday Roast Dinner is covered here too, with a vegan mushroom wellington acting as the vegan alternative in this hearty English meal. In keeping with this classic English theme, they also make Afternoon Tea, which offers customers the perfect chance to try a selection of their alluring vegan sandwiches, cakes and teas.

Additionally, the owner is a genuine guy who's doing it for all of the right reasons. As a vegan restaurant owner myself, to do it right you've got to have the right mission and intentions. This owner definitely has it all and great items as well. We're hoping to stop by a few times before our trip to London ends. Don't sleep on this cozy vegan breakfast/lunch spot with amazing beverages.

Finally a coffee shop in Tooting that doesn't charge for alternative milks , very very happy to have this lil vegan gem 🫶🏻 Will have to come back to try the food, but the green cake was delicious and very filling! - Dan JacksonSun, 25 Sep 2022 7:36I cycled here with my partner for brunch. The staff are all friendly, accommodating, the restaurant is clean and well decorated and the food was delicious. I had the full English vegan breakfast and my partner had the avocado on toast and we had an oat latte and oat flat white. We asked for some spicy sauce and they made a chilli basil infusion. Very much enjoyed the experience and look forward to trying the vegan roast soon.
