- Ferenz PaulFirst, this is a vegan buffet, I don't think there are many such in Helsinki. But then it's also very rich and 100% fresh. There's wider choice and variety than at traditional buffets! And all that at a fixed Helsinki lunch price. This is unbeatable.
- Urpo ArttolaAbsolutely top-quality food. Truly fresh, great variability - buffet has more than 30 items! And now (2023) at fixed price 12.70.
- Michael HacklThe food was extremely delicious and the guy who served me was very nice and funny! Although the food seems to be very based on Indian cuisine, they offer a great variety of different meals. For everyone who loves Buffets and/or eating vegan food, I would definitely recommend to try it out!
- MrDEC 2023 UPDATE: -------------------- The best vegan buffet in Helsinki is now for a fixed price of 12,70 Euros! Insane 😍 Very recently (as of Dec 2023), this restaurant has started offering their delicious vegan buffet with a very wide variety of food for a fixed price of 12,70 Euros. Before that, we had to pay based on the weight of our food. Now we can eat to our heart's content and only pay 12,70 Euros. WOW 😍 We had lunch today and left the restaurant with happy tummies and heavy wallets. They accept Edenred and Epassi as many other restaurants do. So, it is very convenient if your employer sponsors your lunch. Go for it and give this restaurant a try! You won't regret it. --------------------------- In short, this restaurant is a heaven for vegans and others as well. It offers a plant-based buffet with a large variety of items. Though I am not a vegan, I fully enjoyed the food offered at this restaurant. I strongly recommend you to eat at this place. Here is an in-depth review based on my time at the restaurant: AMBIENCE: The restaurant has a very nice ambience. The colors are joyful and paintings are amazing (check my pictures). The restaurant was top-notch in cleanliness. HOSPITALITY: The staff are warm and welcoming; respectful and hospitable. We also met the chef, and he was very cheerful and friendly. FOOD VARIETY: The buffet has so many varieties of vegan foods: Salads, chutneys, etc (check my pictures). I have never seen such a lavish buffet. The chef seems to be an expert in many cuisines, notably the Indian cuisine. TASTE: The taste of everything that I ate was exceptionally good. Each of the food item in the buffet has its own unique mix of flavours. For example, the "aubergine caviar" (it's vegan and has no caviar at all) had a unique smoky flavour and was really delicious. The "berries and cream" had a unique sweetness to it. In the same way, each item had a unique flavour. I never experienced so many flavours in one meal. The chef seems to be a very skilled person. He certainly knows how to make delicious food. COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS: They offer you a complimentary drink: coffee, tea, or mint-lime drink, whatever you choose. My friend had oatmilk tea (also called Chai), and said that it is tasty. I had the mint-lime drink, and it was delicious and refreshing. I highly recommend either of these two drinks. TIMINGS: For a place which offers such nice food, it is a pity that it is not open all day. The opening timings are only from 10:45 AM to 3:00 PM. However, if you want to have a late meal, there is a trick you can use: you can visit the restaurant before 3:00 PM (for example, at 2:55 PM) and stay until 4:00 PM even. The staff are nice and will let you have your meal in peace.
- Bhabani Shankar LenkaDelicious and almost authentic Indian vegan food. Diverse selection of items on the buffet table. Only downside being lunch costs around 20 euros which was a bit high.
