    I have ordered from here twice using their nationwide shipping. The first time I was just interested in trying the gluten free baked goods. It took several weeks to receive the items, but when I got them, it was SO WORTH the wait. They were absolutely delicious! The second time, I ordered using their gluten free holiday menu for Thanksgiving and received the items in less than a week from ordering! I ordered 3 items and had an issue with 1 item. I reached out via email and they made it right within ONE DAY. Absolutely in love with this company from the baked goods to the customer service. I will be ordering from here again soon. ❤️

    I hate to give a poor review, but unfortunately I can't give any more than 2 stars... I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday 8 days in advance, and chose 3 day shipping. It should have arrived in time for me to decorate it and bring it with us, as we were going away for her birthday. Three days go by and no cake. No shipping updates. I sent an email asking for any updates. No reply. I wait 2 more days without any reply and write another email. Still no shipping updates or email replies. 5 days after placing the order, I finally received an update saying it has shipped. Too bad it was just that a shipping label was created. It didn't actually ship out for three more days. Meaning it would arrive today... 3 days after I needed it. 6 days from the day the shipping label was created. Unfortunately the cake was pretty smashed up in the box, so I can't comment on the actual cake itself. The buttercream that it came with was good, however a bit too sweet for me. TL;DR NO communication. Didn't reply to multiple emails.Took 10 days for 3 day shipping, missing the birthday I needed it for. Cake was pretty smashed when it finally arrived.

    Terrible experience ordering online. Ordered 12 mini cupcakes. No where on the website mentions that the cupcakes will arrive without icing on them and you’re given a huge bowl of icing to do it yourself! Cupcakes were smushed since they moved around in the box with the heavy icing bowl. The box was also terribly handled. Coco luv’s website states that they aren’t responsible for how the boxes are shipped and that they pack things carefully but the evidence begs to differ. I have ordered cakes online from two different bakeries in the past and both arrived in perfect condition and in much better packed boxes. Coco luv needs to use stronger outer packaging, more secured internal packaging (like how cupcakes are at the supermarket), and switch to FedEx and UPS only. If you’re going to ship your goods, do it right. I highly doubt the owner would ship mini cupcakes to their own family and friends the way we received ours.

    Ordered what looked like some amazing treats from this bakery. 1 hour after I ordered through Door Dash when it was suppose to arrive someone called and they had to cancel it. The woman I spoke to hung up on me and was not able to explain why. So unprofessional and rude. What a bummer

    Horrible experience. When I received my order, I noticed that half of my order was missing, though they charged me for the item they were out of anyway. Plus the item that arrived tastes bad on top of that. Not worth the headache, and not worth what feels like robbery.
