Located high up in central Lisbon close to the picturesque Marquês de Pombal square, Vegan Junkies is a comfort food restaurant with a charismatic ambience and friendly service. The inventive menu is printed onto a vintage vinyl sleeve, with the drinks appearing on the record inside, giving diners a unique experience. Their hearty burgers, flavourful nachos, refreshing cocktails and delectable desserts are all named after a song or musician, from singer-songwriters like Curtis Mayfield and Johnny Cash to rappers and hip hop artists such as Notorious B.I.G. and Snoop Dogg. Instead of starters and mains, there are Mood Setters, Greatest Hits and Massive Attack’Os, while funky tunes and guest-recommended tracks play in the background, completing Vegan Junkies’ fun, laid-back and inviting atmosphere.

If you are looking for tasty vegan food, look no further in Lisbon. Love this restaurant and its theme. It’s a quiet small and cozy. But the food blew my mind!!! I had ordered for a burger which came along with fries and a dip. The waitress and the owner was warm and friendly. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

I got a burger that comes automatically with fries covered with paprika and it was probably one of the best burgers I ever had!! Everything is vegan! The guy who took my order was also extremely nice and very attentive. Great first dinner out in Lisboa!

The service was the best though, I want to be friends with the guy who served us 🥹 He was so fun and helped me choose the right burger 👌There’s also just a good vibe with good music. As you can tell, I fully recommend this place! 💞
- RT ShawFri, 29 Sep 2023 15:23Eclectic vegan with straight forward burgers, wraps and fries. Definitely worth the stop and what a cool place to eat at. Awesome vinyl record menu too. The Notorious BIG with the purple bun is a must try, tastes so good with a little crunch to the onion. The natural is a little sweet bc of the BBQ sauce but I still enjoyed a bite or two. Enjoy!
