Spill the Greens

Spill the Greens was launched in early 2022 to provide people across Lisbon with access to tasty plant-based food. Based just north of the city centre in Telheiras, they offer a convenient takeaway and pick-up service of healthy, balanced dishes served in fully compostable packaging for maximum sustainability. All of the scrumptious starters, filling mains and yummy desserts are made from scratch and packed with high-quality ingredients, from crunchy vegetables to rich spices and succulent proteins such as their flavoursome homemade seitan. By blending nutritious comfort food with an eco-friendly approach, co-founder and head chef Inês Récio hopes to educate people about the vegan diet while making it easier to follow so that it not only becomes viable, but also tempting and desirable for everyone.
