My Mother’s Daughters is a family-run nature-based café set up in 2017 to fuel Lisbon’s stylish Largo de São Sebastião community with healthy vegan fare. They serve energising breakfasts, nutritious lunches and decadent sweet treats alongside a range of specialty coffees, functional lattes and delicious smoothies. These are infused with antioxidant-rich and anti-inflammatory superfoods such as spirulina, organic matcha and other detoxifying ingredients that cleanse and nurture the body. All of the food, from the probiotic yoghurt and granola to the chocolate-drizzled pancakes and the protein-dense bean burgers, is made by hand using high-quality products and methods that lock in nutritional value. The beautifully designed café is a cosy, bright and relaxing environment that celebrates Mother Nature’s bounty and supports well-being without compromising on taste.

- Frederik GailThe place is absolutely stunning and the food equally amazing. The menu changes depending on the season and is full of interesting ingredients. Coffee is also very good! Staff is precious. Thank you!!
- Claudine FernandezThis came up on a best vegan restaurant list for Lisbon and we were in the area and we were not disappointed! Seriously very good. We ordered the chia omelet and a sweet potato dish with tahini, alongside their speciality drinks —everything was absolutely delicious with lovely presentation. The service was friendly and helpful. The vibes are immaculate; cute and cozy. Enjoy :)
- Corinne KWe loved this place so much we came twice. First time had mung bean wrap and ohmlet plus smoothies and the second the pancakes. It was all so tasty and the staff were really friendly. Such a great vegan place.
- André SalesOne of the best vegan restaurants in Lisbon. Excellent service, great options on the menu featuring seasonal ingredients. I highly recommend the celeriac 'parpadelle'.
- Lara LapcevicI love the energy of this place. Such a cute colourful lunch spot. The food was delicious. Staff are all so gorgeous and friendly. The array of drinks - especially the wellness lattes are so exciting as well. Also best plant-based banana bread I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. Please go here for a healthy vegan feed 🫶🏼
