  One of the best plant based restaurants I have been to. The restaurant is well designed, the service impeccable. Dishes are delicious. The composition makes sense and you enjoy the meal. Only the sushi with aubergine fell a bit flat, but that's a difficult combo to pull off I would imagine. The other sushi was some of the best I've had. I also recommend the mushroom ceviche dearly.

  I’m really torn on this place. As a vegetarian, I was SO excited to dine at such a high quality vegan place. And a lot of the food was excellent! The sushi was absolutely amazing, and the artichoke starter was delicious. The black pasta dish was a little disappointing ($20ish for four raviolis). I’d hoped to do a tasting menu here, but that has to be asked for in advance (something I wish was clearer on their website). Service was…weird. We arrived before open, but the doors were unlocked and we went in. I tried to speak to the woman at the front and was cut off with “five minutes.” Which, fair, you’re not open yet! But it felt a little brusque and set a weird tone. Overall, the food was almost all fantastic. But the experience overall, especially for a Michelin restaurant - and what you’re paying - could use a little tweaking.

  A blast of flavors with every bite. Decided to visit Mudrá for dinner and my high expectations were more than exceeded, proving again that plant based food can be on a whole other level. Describing the waiters as joyful and attentive is an understatement. Great overall vibe, and lighting. Looking for amazing unique flavor combinations? Give this place a try

  My daughter insisted that i visit this place, knowing that I am a steak lover, and not easily impressed with vegetarian cuisine. I am glad we listened, as we had a great experience. The place has a minimalist decor, the staff is very attentive, cordial and friendly, specially Helen. We started with Ceviche de Setas and Baos for appetizers, and my oh my!!...what a great start. For main we had the Thai Roll, which while good, did not blew me away. The Capellacci Nero was really good thought. However, the star of the night was the Cheesecake. Amazing!!. Most defenitively I would come back when in Madrid.

  Absolutely incredible vegan restaurant! If you're familiar with abcV in New York City, this may be perhaps on par with that restaurant!! Every dish was so thoughtfully crafted and the servers were extremely friendly, even on Christmas eve!! Plus they spoke English! Absolutely recommend :)
