- Tatiana LitvinTasty vegan Japanese restaurant. At night you can choose between 2 menus, both with cold and warm starters, ramen and desert. Everything was tasty, I was impressed either the creativity especially in the starters. The ramen is a dry style noodle, that does tend towards a sweetness, so you can judge for yourself if that's your style. They serve complimentary tea and water :)
- Anthony GunawanBooked the restaurant from their online website. The booking process was easy. During our visit, the staffs were helpful and understanding. They gave you amazing recommendations while i was picking some Sake. They were knowledgeable on their foods! Food was definitely 5/5 🔥. We were served with 3 course meal with dessert. All of the dishes were spectacular. I will not spoil it for you, but you should come and get em! My favorites are tahini tofu and the Linzen ball. Price was worth the quality and experience. Would definitely come again.
- ishu mehtaIt's the only fully vegan Ramen restaurant I have come across in Amsterdam and it is undoubtedly the best. I went there with friends and we ordered a standard menu for 34 euros which was served with one cold starter, one hot starter, main dish and dessert. You get unlimited tea on the side. Overall experience is great because everyone is sitting on a big table as gives you a feel of Japanese culture. I highly recommend this to Ramen lovers
- Lucy WangRéservation only restaurant Prefixed menu. 4 courses. Vegan. Ramen WITHOUT soup for those who thought it comes with soup, it's more like a sauce. I went with a friend. We both got the katsu pre fixed menu and not the tempura one. Overall everything is quite tasty. There is NO meat so just be aware. I didn't know the ramen was sauce and not soup. Nothing wrong with it, it was tasty but I'd preferred soup in a cold day (my bad). It's an innovative way of eating ramen. Historically ramen is considered a Japanese "fast/instant" food but this place made it more fancy and it's a nice different experience. Would I eat here everytime I want ramen? Most likely not but I enjoyed the experience. Apology for the ramen, forgot to take the photo until I've already started mixing everything together 🙈
- Eloise RougeonThis was a beautiful dining experience with exceptional attention to detail in all areas. I visited on 25/01 and reserved around one week in advance. The food was incredible and I really appreciated the detailed introduction that the waiter(s) gave about each course. As a solo diner, I felt very welcomed by all the friendly staff who worked there, and it was lovely to chat with them too. Many thanks to everyone at Men Impossible for making my final evening in Amsterdam a memorable one - I hope to visit again soon!
