- Samy BgsFrom their vegan pastries to their excellent specialty coffee, I have never been disappointed in this vegan bakery no matter how many times I've been! They simply cannot miss. Whether it be their (large) pastry selection, the different plant-based m*lks they offer (2 types of oat, and pea and coconut) or the warm and inviting energy you get from the staff when walking in, Margo's is my favorite and the reason I come to Amsterdam more often than I used to. You guys are great!
- Gwyneth ElizabethAmazing pastries and friendly staff! Their pastries and Jasmine Tahini Latte was so good! Highly recommend coming here :) do note there aren’t any tables to sit but you can sit at their benches
- MaryThe best vegan eats in Amsterdam! I would move to the Netherlands just to have access to Margo’s pastries & sandwiches. The coffee is amazing and exceptional service too - 10/10 cannot wait to return !! The pastries get a special mention, particularly the tiramisu filled danish !!
- Gabity HerionoI had the crispy sandwich and it was good! The service was also very friendly and welcoming. I had the tahini bun also for take away, it was also tasty! Will definitely go back again :)
- Bernardo Marques🇳🇱 Amsterdam is home to really amazing vegan places to eat and Margo's is a prime example of it. It is a strong contender for the best vegan pastry shop in the world, and an absolute must visit if you ever find yourself in Amsterdam. Margo’s is located in the heart of the lovely and quaint neighbourhood of Jordaan. Strolling through the Jordaan on a nice sunny Sunday morning eating through my bag of Margo pastries is a highlight of my Amsterdam weekend trip. Savoury pastries are one my favourite things in the world, no exaggeration, so obviously I had to get the ham and cheese croissant and it was a thing of dreams. The puff pastry looks absolutely beautiful with some of the most well defined layers I’ve seen. And it certainly had a taste to match! Just buttery perfection. No notes ✨ As much as I love savoury pastries there’s no way I was going to leave without some sweet pastries. They had a huge range of pastries, including at least a half dozen different danishes, all with really interesting flavours. After much careful deliberation, I got the key lime pie and the pistachio and rose ones (but I promised myself I’d go back soon to try the tiramisu one!). As with everything else they looked fantastic and tasted even better! The amount choice is almost overwhelming, but honestly I don’t think you can choose wrong from Margo’s. The only wrong choice is to go to Amsterdam and not pay them a visit. I would recommend you try to go early though. The first time I tried to go (2pm on a Tuesday) they were already out of literally everything, and now that I’ve managed to try them, I can definitely understand why. 🌱 Fully Vegan! 🏅 Overall: 10/10🌟 What I had: 🥐 Ham and Cheese Croissant 🌟 🥐 Pistachio and Rose Danish 🥐 Key Lime Pie Danish ⭐️ 🍵 Matcha Oat Latte
