- Michael KennedyThis tomato pasta with meatballs, I order it every single time I come here, because it tastes so darn good! This restaurant quite frankly doesn't get the attention it deserves. The menu items are cooked in a very original way and the explosion of flavors are surprising to come from such simple dishes. You can tell that they are cooked with love. I highly recommend this little vegan gem in San Jose.
- Ankit DangiI ordered a Mixed Berries Smoothie with no plant milk, no syrups, no added sugar, and no ice. I am thankful to the owner for accommodating my request. Happiness all over. :)
- A NWe had dinner here on Jan 12, 2023. We ordered Avocado rolls, BLT sandwich, Beef stew noodle soup, Opera cake, Ginger tea and lavender milk tea. Here my personal rating: Avocado rolls: excellent, the oily flaky and crispy dough wrapped around the crunchy cabbage, soft avocado and the tender fake meat. All of these did not have any flavor. However the sweet chili sauce was the one that made this dish excellent. BLT sandwich: good. The ham looked very much like the real meat. It came with potato chips. My friend said the sandwich was good. He finished it all. Beef stew noodle: very good. The broth was a little sweet, sour and spicy. It had a hint of five spice and anise. The noodles had no flavor but went well with the broth. The fake beef was soft. It was a very big portion dish. Opera cake: excellent. The chocolate ganache was soft and not super sweet. The chocolate cake was rich and not too dry. The sponge cake was dry since it had no eggs but the vegan butter cream did compliment the dryness. The chocolate syrup added more richness to the cake. Highly recommend this cake. Ginger hot tea: ok, not too sweet. Lavender milk tea: not recommend it. It tasted like black tea with milk. No lavender smell at all. Overall, it was a good dinner. Even the price was a little high, I still recommend this place.
- C S (CS)Very good Vegan food. This is in a small shopping district so plenty of parking space. Place doesn't have lot of seating so plan for that. Vegan hotdogs is good Creamy corn soup is amazing Crispy shrimp is very good Stew over brown rice is mvp Happiness over rice is awesome Tomato pasta with meatballs is very good Iced mocha is ok Tiramisu vegan cake is cold and hard but taste is decent Very good place to try out and would recommend this
- Vidya GuduruOne of our favourite places in the area for vegan burgers & snacks at reasonable prices ! The hazelnut chocolate cake was superb and you can’t even tell that it’s made without using dairy or eggs. The burgers and sandwiches are also really tasty. Also loved their avocado smoothie with boba for a cool, sweet treat. The avocado rolls, which are quite famous, were decent - flaking & buttery-tasting. Wasn’t a fan of the fried shrimp as the lemony flavour was a little overpowering. Just wish the opening hours weren’t so limited. It closes early and is closed some days of the week, so you’ve really got to check if it’s open before planning a trip. But the food is definitely worth it.
