  Good Karma is the best of both words: Tasty craft beer and vegan food. The Fork and Knife nachos, baklava served hot, a great selection of beers on tap and in the can. Super nice people working to make sure everything is great. Went twice while in San Jose. I highly recommend this spot.

  Wholly vegan, this is a brilliant, tucked away bar that's well worth seeking out if you're in downtown San Jose. I went there on a quiet Thursday lunchtime, and the staff were great - extremely friendly. I tried one sour beer, which was delicious, and a more ordinary pilsner-style beer. But the highlight was the "small plate" of brown rice with Jamaican-inspired curry. After two days of hotel food, I was so happy to eat this. It isn't cheap - with tips etc my bill came to around $40 - but if I'm in the area then I'll be making an effort to visit again.

  I went to this place because a friend suggested it had good beer options and vegan options. The vegan food was simple. Not bad The beer was good too. The service was too good If you are in the downtown area and feel like a quite little place with good beer, this is nice !

  Food was excellent and a wonderful selection of local beer. I'm not even vegan and I lived everything we tried. My BF and I went on a Tuesday and enjoyed the music and conversation with the chef and his son during a quiet moment. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

  Joined a friend here for a beer. Interesting beer selections. They serve vegan food as well, but didn't try it. Some artsy people playing their music. Good luck!
