GAL Cafe

GAL Cafe was established in Lisbon’s historic Intendente neighbourhood by passionate vegan couple Vivian and Molina to provide a relaxed meeting place for people to share delicious food and connect over art, music and culture. Named after revolutionary Brazilian singer Gal Costa, the vibrant café is infused with the avant-garde feel of tropicalism, while its creative menu of globally inspired breakfasts, brunches and lunches includes everything from healthy bowls, hearty sandwiches and delectable pancakes to specialty coffees and fine wines. Fresh, local ingredients are used throughout, and they even make their own vegan ingredients such as seitan, producing unique flavour combinations for their highly anticipated weekly specials.
