Situated in Stockholm’s vibrant Mood district, ChouChou is a plant-based dining experience conceived by vegan visionary Robert Hållstrand and co-owned by culinary expert Gustav Johansson, who runs the popular vegan food blog, Jävligt Gott. With its contemporary, nature-inspired interior and refined atmosphere, the restaurant offers classic dishes from diverse influences, including French and Indian, but all with a plant-based twist. The food on both the buffet and a la carte menus is made using organic ingredients and served with delicious natural wines for an environmentally friendly selection that doesn’t compromise on taste. During the summer, ChouChou becomes one of Stockholm’s most popular nightclubs, Holken, offering a fully vegan selection of drinks and snacks to the city’s partygoers.

- Mark PittsTue, 10 Oct 2023 9:09We really enjoyed this vegan restaurant in Stockholm! They have a great menu, including vegan steaks, etc. They also have a great vegan buffet (hot and cold foods) that is a good value. We will definitely recommend this place to others!

The buffet is of high quality, the new meat alternative they've introduced tastes just like 100% real meat, and it's evident that the kitchen is top-notch. To top it off, the head chef came out to greet us and explain the restaurant's philosophy. He even treated us to some desserts. An unbeatable experience, another reason to come back to Stockholm!

This is without a question the best Vegan food I've ever had. Every bite is bursting with flavor! The atmosphere is beautiful in downtown Stockholm with a very nice view. Before this review I ordered the Buffett and tried a little of everything on the line. Every single thing was amazing! I will never forget Restaurang Chouchou. I will eat here every time I visit Stockholm, Sweden.
