- Deborah BLove the food, love the service, love the vibes. It is definitely very busy on Sundays or at least on the Sunday we went. They offered us a table on the sidewalk which was fine until we sat out there and only felt the blistering Harlem cold. Fortunately there was a table inside and our waitress was so kind and quickly prepped a place for us. The food was delish! None of us our vegans currently but we enjoy vegan food often. We loved that this was soul food and Caribbean food. Also! The soursop limeade was a winner! Highly recommended
- Delilah Peach-WilliamsSo happy to have found this awesome place. It’s small but they have outdoor siting so that’s nice. The food is so good & savory. The portions are ok. It’s a perfectly inmate & cozy spot for a date!
- B EReally happy to see more vegan restaurants especially in this neighborhood. They’re helping to redefine what eating vegan looks like. The restaurant is small but has some enclosed outdoor seating which helps expand it. The atmosphere was cute. The staff was nice and service was great. Food came out with minimal wait time but it also wasn’t crowded when we went. Unfortunately I wasn’t blown away by any of the food. It was solid but nothing to rave about. We started with the empanadas as an appetizer. It was fried really well but no flavor, beet boring if it didn’t have the sauce on the side (which wasn’t my favorite flavor either). Their fried chkn was the better part of the meal, it’s textured soy using a wooden stick to mimic a drumstick, and was fried very well. I had the kale side which was really tasty but so little portion especially compared to my friend’s collard greens portion, which she said wasn’t that tasty but was filling. The mac n cheese was ok. Not the best I’ve had. And the pudding dessert was terrible. I tried the vanilla and it was lumpy, not smooth at all. The taste just wasn’t there. I’m slightly disappointed since there’s been such a hype but given the amount of great vegan restaurants in the city, I probably won’t be dining here again. That’s not to say it’s not great for others and good for the neighborhood. Just wasn’t the hit I needed it to be.
- Phx KatStaff was great- welcoming & helpful. The food was amazing!! Wish we were in town longer to come visit more times. The fries with rosemary were fantastic. Added bonus, arrived during happy hour and they have additional seating from the main dining area so just dropping by was no problem to be seated.
- T LWe came here for Family day out! The drinks were so good I had the $25 bottomless drinks loved all of the flavors. The food was delicious and great! Our waitress went above and beyond. We had a wonderful time great music and vibes can't wait to return again!
