- Alessandra VazI love this place!!!!! π€€π€€π€€ The burgers are delicious, the cookies are the best I've ever eaten (I think they have a new recipe bc they are even better than before) and the staff are really good people! My recommendations are: Burger: Brunchie Burger Side dish: Cauli Poppers Fries Cookie: Ice Cream Cookie or Biscoff or Oreo (all of them are perfect!!) Milkshake: Tiramisu I've been there a few times already, alone and with friends, and I will always recommend this restaurant to everyone!
- Tommaso CroglianoJust a blast! We actually did came here two times in a row, just we wanted to try out more food! And the milkshakes are soooo good as well! I wish they had more combo deals, the only Burger that comes with fries is the classic cheeseburger. But overall all I support an all vegan place anytime, where you don't have to worry what to order!
- Alvaro MartΓnez MoralesSuper tasty vegan food. The burger portion size is just fine and the large chips DO are large. The staff has always been very nice, patient and helpful. It's been our second time and there will definitely be a third.
- Daniel de SouzaFantastic place, chill, professional guy at the counter. Sorry, didn't ask your name. Was too hungry. π Cushions could've been a bit thicker, but not too uncomfortable overall. Tables could've been bolted closer to the benches. Food was amazing! ππ» Asked the server what he recommended, and he told me he liked the Smoke Show, and so it was! Beautiful burger, first time trying beer battered onion rings, and it was absolutely delicious. The cheese, the patty, sauce, very importantly, the buns - I didn't miss anything about the meaty counterparts. ππ» ππ» ππ» Enjoyed the loaded fries as well, but not the 'bacon' bits, too hard for my liking. The Tiramisu milkshake - OMMFG! π The first sip had me just heal all my trauma in an instant. It was that good! π I could've done without so many coffee beans on it, though. Had to chew them all one by one, because I didn't want to let it go to waste. But wow, that's a MF milkshake. Good job! Overall, a great introduction to V - Face, and I will definitely be back here asap! Vegan FTW! βπ»
- Tariq ShihadahTo put it lightly, V-Face was deeply disappointing. As someone who enjoys good vegan food, I was a bit thrown off by just how bad this place turned out to be. My meal there was terrible, starting with a confusingly bad chocolate shake that tasted like an old bottle of off-brand chocolate syrup squeezed into a cup. It didn't get any better from there. I audibly laughed when my tray was brought out, featuring a sad looking cheeseburger and fries, per the β¬15 deal. It looked like a bad cartoon and tasted worse, with every bite making me feel worse about my day. Though this is supposedly the best vegan restaurant around, honestly if I had received a burger of this quality at McDonald's I would have asked for a refund. And so I did--I went up to the counter and explained that everything I had was terrible and I didn't eat it and wanted my money back so I could try dinner again somewhere else. They promptly refused and suggested I just email them instead, which sounds like a great way to waste time--apparently someone at V-Face headquarters will have the ability to make things right somewhere down the line? I understand a no-refunds policy, but it's surely not a great way to build a report or avoid bad reviews. Beyond this, the atmosphere is confusingly terrible, I don't know how an owner could look at that dump and call it good enough. I'd suggest the ineptitude climbs the ladder all the way to the top. In the end, I'd certainly still love my money back if V-Face HQ is listening, and perhaps even more I'd just love something a bit more edible to eat for dinner.
