  Even though The Hive is still in a soft opening, The service was excellent in the food came out quickly. I describe it as vegan comfort food. The queen bee burger is big enough for two. Though I had no trouble finishing it because it was perfectly cooked and had an excellent aioli sauce. The Etouffee had the right amount of heat. The oyster mushrooms work really well in the dish. Looking forward to the grand opening.

  Really good food!! We got Tomato Basil Soup w/ Grilled Cheese, baked Mac n cheese, a side of mashed potatoes, a side of Mac n cheese, and a few orders of the “Pickles and Peppers”. Everything was fantastic! I can’t believe how tasty the tomato soup was and I devoured the fried pickles super fast. 10/10 recommend this place! I can’t wait to try the other items on the menu.

  We arrived there when they just closed the restaurant. The owner was very kind and generous , he asked us if we would like anything for To-go and made the Boudin balls for us by making an exception. They tasted really great and would like to visit another time during their store hours.

  Food is good depending on what you get here. Service is poor...such a long wait. I'll order 30 minutes prior to eat it there and when I get there I have to wait 20-30 minutes more, and I don't order meat, no matter how often I order. The only reason why I keep going back is that I am vegan, the location is convenient and the food is good for the most part .

  My first experience at The Hive restaurant was decent. The food was good but expected a bit more sizable portion sizes. From the time of arrival until the time I received my to go order as 45 minutes. It wasn’t busy for the long wait. If ever in the area again I’d give them another try.
