  If you're after a vegan wedding cake, look no further. The cake was stunning and absolutely delicious! The whole process was very easy, from the initial booking to the cake being delivered to our venue. Can't recommend That Old Chestnut enough!

  Elly made us an amazing vegan vanilla sponge cake for our wedding. It was exactly how we imagined it and hoped for, and it tasted great! Working with her was super smooth and easy. We absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a cake for a special event!

  We've been enjoying cakes from That Old Chestnut for years in our favourite cafés in Leeds and as Christmas treats bought from the website, so it seemed only fitting to have That Old Chesnut cakes for our wedding day. Communication was easy and simple from the start and Elly was helpful with recommending display solutions and quantities. We chose a cake table to have as the dessert for our meal, with a central cake for cutting. Drop off and set up was easy and the display and decoration on the cakes looked incredible. We had so many compliments on the huge choice of flavours and how much people enjoyed it. Thank you so much That Old Chestnut for being a special and sentimental part of our day.

  For my wedding, I ordered 3 cakes from That Old Chestnut, as I wanted our cakes to have more of a cafe cake counter vibe. Each cake was absolutely delicious & beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend That Old Chestnut for your vegan cake needs!

  That old chestnut - what can I say, absolutely incredible! Right from the start of conversations regarding my wedding cake you were approachable, friendly and you can genuinely tell how down to earth you are. The cake was incredible ! The tasters you provided were so good we were blown away, the presentation and taste is next to none. We got so many compliments on the day about how the cake looked and tasted and we are now enjoying defrosting the odd piece for dessert. I cannot recommend you enough !! And we can’t wait to use you forever for any other cakes and other sweet treats we will need/want. Xx
