- Ron KalinovskyDelicious and authentic falafel in a pita—the falafel was both crispy and fluffy with great flavor, the z’chug was intensely spicy, the pickles and salads tasted refreshing, and the pita was soft as a pillow. However, the tahini was somewhat watery for my taste. It wasn’t crowded when I came in, so it was quick, and the employee working the register was very friendly.
- Maor Cohen - Pickspace CEOI have been to many Mediterranean restaurants, and this one isn't a large place; it's mainly for grab-and-go or a quick bite. With only three dishes on the menu, however(!) they've nailed it! I recommend the falafel with cauliflower (its a $3 extra but it worth ut!) it's a great mix. Don't put anything on the bottom so your pita won't drip. ;) I think this is one of the better falafel pitas in NY.
- C LpzIt was closing time and I was craving for sabich. The guy was kind enough to let me order falafel platter and sabich sandwich. The sabich was phenomenal and authentic. It tastes exactly as I hoped it would be compared to the ones I had before. The guy even gave me all the remaining fried eggplants. They were perfect! Would eat again!
- Caridad RoblesHealthy vegan pita, bowl, or salad – we had the option of cauliflower and falafel, and they were delicious. They also had crispy eggplant that looked tasty. This is an example of a restaurant with a simple yet flavorful menu. The indoor seating space is small, but as of September 2023, they have an outdoor seating area, which seems reminiscent of the pandemic. The staff was nice, the ambience music was catchy and at a good volume, and the prices were good given the location.
- Damien BassmanTRULY the most delicious middle eastern food I’ve had in NYC. Extremely generous portions (one platter will feed two folks easily, or two meals for one person). Everything is vegan and bursting with flavor. Anything fried (falafel, cauliflower, eggplant) is made fresh to order so nothing is ever sitting in grease. The salads are fresh and ridiculously tasty. My biggest problem is always deciding what to get, and I usually ending getting a side of whatever I don’t pick! (GET THE CAULIFLOWER!)
