- Marie H.Very nice and clean establishment! Enough room to order your food and a few seats for eating. Very organized! The service was excellent! The food was good. A different taste for me but enjoyable. I recommend for others to try and form your own opinion!
- Zohra DamaniWhat an amazing cafe that serves vegan food. The place inside is small but I’d recommend eating inside. Take out is great too but if you can eat at the cafe, then certainly opt for that option. The staff is so sweet and kind. Always welcoming you with a smile and open heart. I got the bento box (chicken), hot and sour soup, fries, and love fresh juice. Everything was flavorful and clean. Each bite made my inner child so so happy. Thank you Spring cafe for such an amazing meal ❤️
- Kunal DattaI got the vegan ginger chicken bao bun and the Vegan ham egg and cheese sandwich with a hibiscus iced tea. The bao bun was amazing. The texture and taste of the ginger chicken was amazing though I did wait a little to long to eat it so the bun got a but steamy and condensation built up on it. I bet it would have been even better fresh. Same thing goes for the Ham Egg and Cheese. The sandwich tasted amazing and was very filling. The meal was a solid meal and though it was a little expensive for what you'd expect it was worth it for a good healthy feeling lunch.
- Jenn LI can't believe I've never really noticed this spot! Definitely feels like a little hole in the wall despite being right next to the Canal St station entrance. I got the bao combo which contained the vegan bbq pork bao, mushroom bao and hibiscus tea. I paid extra to add on the salt pepper fried mushrooms. Everything was packaged nicely in a to-go bag for me which ensured nothing spilled or leaked on my commute home. Utensils and the straws were compostable which is a nice touch. The baos were a bit messy to eat but really delicious. Two baos were enough to fill me up. I really liked the sauce of the vegan bbq pork bao. The salt and pepper fried mushrooms were crispy and full of umami flavor but probably not the healthiest dish for the arteries. Definitely a once in a while snack. Surprisingly I really enjoyed the hibiscus tea! I've never been a fan of floral teas but this one changed my mind.
- Wall FishFrench fries are the BEST I’ve ever had, so so so so good. I would come back just for the fries. The sweetened hibiscus ice tea was so refreshing. All four of the bao buns they have are pretty good, I think our favorite was the Vegan BBQ pork bao. Would definitely recommend this place!
