- Pita BassI had the ghost pepper burger with the quinoa patty. It was yummy, but it did have a lot of cream cheese—like, a comical amount. But I didn’t mind!! Maybe because it was vegan and lighter than normal cream cheese. Just be ready for it. SO GOOD!!
- Annu PriyaSpiral Vegan is a great vegan place for dine in. The food and ambiance is excellent. Nachos supreme and cashew, spinach and quinoa wrap are a must try. Home made vanilla ice cream and vanilla shake are great in taste. The servers are polite and take good care of the customers. I would definitely recommend it to people looking for vegan food.
- Nick GerlichI’ve been coming to Spiral for a few years now, ever since I discovered them on my Purple Cow app. It’s still rare to find 100% vegan restaurants, but thankfully, most big cities have at least one. If you’re vegan and either living in or traveling through Fort Worth, this is a must-visit. Or, if you’re wanting to graze a little more healthily, Spiral offers up plant-based versions of American comfort food that will have you asking, “Are you *sure* this isn’t meat?” The menu runs the gamut from sandwiches to wraps, salads, burgers, nachos and sides, breakfast (“served all day”), and fought plates. I ordered Hell’s Half Acre, which I have had before. I traded up for the Beyond Chicken Tenders, which were accompanied by vegan mac & cheese, roasted broccoli, pasta salad, and toasted bread. The serving was sufficient to leave me sated. My only “complaint,” if you will, was that food prep was slow, as was my ability to catch my server’s eye to pay my tab. I wound up having to head for the front counter, where I got someone to take care of my bill. It was a Sunday night, and hardly crowded. But the food is so good that I can forgive. Next time I will try not also to be rushing to a nearby brewery before they shut down for the night. It’s great to know that Fort Worth has this culinary gem, and it is always worth seeking out. Streetside parking ebbs and flows, so keep that in mind if you hit it at peak times. Otherwise, bring your appetite, and save a cow or chicken.
- Archer ElmsI had the Viva Las Migas and my mom had the pancake sandwich with Beyond chicken tenders, they were both great. The tofu scramble was a little different from real eggs but not in a significant or bad way. We also had a slice of the marble cake and a carrot cake cupcake, and they were delicious! The staff we interacted with were all very nice, and the prices seemed reasonable.
- Josephine CollinsAfter their Denton location closed it's doors, I've had my eye on their Fort Worth location. Of course, they serve the same great food! Their diners always have the best atmosphere, and the staff are super welcoming. My only complaint is the dent it leaves in my wallet. Can't beat good vegan food though, I always make sure to pick something up when I'm in the area :)
