  This is a fully vegan restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We visited one day for breakfast and the next day for dinner. Their menu is varied with lots of taste options from sweet and savoury breakfasts, to Spanish and Italian themed dinner options with burgers too. The breakfast was 10/10. We had the croissants and chickpea omelette. Dinner was popcorn chicken and mushroom tortellini which was 7/10. I would definitely like to try their tapas themed food if I was to revisit. Service was good with staff being friendly and informative about the menu.

  The restaurant is beautiful inside and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I stayed in the connecting hotel so had my breakfast at Palo Verde every day, the portions are huge so can set you up for the day! Every breakfast was delicious but I recommend only ordering croissants earlier in the morning when they are freshly made to avoid a stale croissant. I dined in the restaurant only one evening and had the tortellini which was very tasty but there were certainly lots of other delicious looking dishes on the menu! I also highly recommend the matcha cacao ☕ the service was always very friendly and the staff clearly work hard.

  Fantastic! Delicious. Exactly as it should be. 100% vegan, rich flavour, cooked with love. We had lasagne and a rice bowl plus lemonades. Even the plane rice received some special taste. The beefx was incredible. Everything fresh, served fast, very friendly staff, clean restroom. Very recommendable.

  Came here specifically because we're vegan and finding vegan in Prague is a bit of a mare. This place delivered. I ordered the chickpea kimchi omelette and my wife ordered the croissants. They were both incredible, some of the best breakfast food I've eaten. The omelette is to die for. The staff were friendly and the interior is lovely too. Perfect place if you want breakfast, vegan or not. Will recommend to everyone as much possible.

  Very good vegan food, good portions! We had breakfast and dinner here! There are enough options to find something you’d enjoy! The lasagna was our favorite! Nice staff, nice interior and a good vibe! We would definitely come back and recommend it to others visiting Prague!
