  It’s my first time trying the aeriel yoga class. Jenny is a very patient and lovely instructor. She gives clear instructions and safety netting how to ensure we do the right posture. The studio gives a very cosy ambient too! Highly recommended!

  A friend of mine referred me to R1SE at Brook Place for a free class. I booked the class over the phone and the staff I spoke to couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They recommended a suitable class for me, as a beginner. I attended the Hot Chill class at 1pm on Thursday 7th March. I was greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome. After the class, the instructor checked in with me to see how I had found it. I really enjoyed the class itself and the environment overall. Thank you.

  Really nice studio in a good location. Have tried 2 different classes now & both were very different experiences... The room isn't "hot", it's warm. It's fine, you just can't really call it "hot yoga". Not sure how I feel about the mixed-gender changing rooms either...

  Just had my first session at Rise Yoga, and it was amazing. My boyfriend and I did a Fire and Ice session including a number of ice baths and a sauna. It is such a nice environment, the staff and other people were really welcoming and we definitely got our moneys worth. Definitely going back! Highly recommend!

  Having not done yoga for a number of years, I was anxious how I would get on but was a very relaxing, albeit challenging experience. A lovely, friendly welcome from all staff and a very chilled environment. I will be 100% be returning very soon :-)
