Set up by five friends with the dream to produce a highly sustainable vegan burger which also tasted great, Neat Burger puts sustainability and flavour at the heart of what they do. Their luscious menu of carefully crafted vegan burgers is made with fresh, plant-based ingredients which are 100% organic and sourced from local vertical farming operations where possible. Their dishes are all produced without the addition of any unhealthy preservatives or GMOs to give their customers an indulgent experience without compromising their health. They are also working hard to achieve ambitious sustainability goals through a series of collaborations. Climate labelling company Klimato helped them to produce a menu that reveals the carbon footprint of each and every dish so that customers can make the most climate-conscious decisions possible. On top of this, all of their packaging is compostable or biodegradable, and through their partnership with the Eden Reforestation Project, a new tree is planted for every burger sold. With such a planet-friendly approach, maybe it’s no surprise that they won Best Vegan Brand on Deliveroo in 2020 and 2021.

I recently tried their breakfast sandwich, cheesy tots, and the special seasonal lemonade, and I was blown away. The flavors were rich, and the use of fresh, plant-based ingredients made every bite delightful. The service was exceptional, adding to the overall positive experience. Neat Burger truly makes plant-based food cool, and their commitment to using the finest ingredients shines through. Highly recommend for a guilt-free, tasty treat! 🌱
- Bartosz “Bebel” BebelskiFri, 3 Nov 2023 20:40I decided to buy just fries. They were so big that I couldn’t eat anything more. The chicken is one of the best chicken I ate in NYC. Definitely coming back here soon. In addition the waiter was so sweet and joyful. He was radiating with happiness. I’ve got only a good memories from this place. ❤️
- Brieana FSun, 19 Nov 2023 17:44Service and ambiance was 10/10. Food was a bit lacking. Tried the classic neat burger and made it a combo with fries & a shake. The burger was good but the bun wasn’t my fave (it’s a brioche but it was kind of dense/not soft). The fries were fries - no complaints. I got the cookie and cream shake and I felt like it was sour/tangy. That being said, I did still finish the whole thing. Burger, fries, shake combo was $22 with tax. Love the neon and the outdoor space & the folks working there were so friendly and helpful! Will update my review after I’ve tried their brunch. Ps: if you go for hot dogs right now, you will be disappointed. Apparently they only offer them during the summers!

First of all the entire space is decorated incredibly well and it has excellent selections of music playing in the background during service. They allow you to order at a kiosk or directly with a staff member. The menu is expansive and the prices are incredibly reasonable especially for the portions of food given. The food arrived swiftly and was fresh and sooooooo delicious! As a vegan I am always excited to support new vegan restaurants. Neat Burger just may have risen to the top of my favorite vegan food spots in Nolita. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I invited a group of friends that were both vegan and non vegan and we all enjoyed our meals equally. I will absolutely be back soon !!!
