  I saw an ad on You Tube, and was curious about the organic bread. I ordered it to do a healthy fast for Lent. To my surprise I did not suffer my usual sour stomach from not eating. The bread was delicious, and filling. There's no going back now! I feel so much better after eating your bread. I also love your pita! Thank you so much. Your products are amazing.

  I am a happy customer. Joseph's spelt bread was exactly what I was looking for - a truly whole grain bread that had a great nutty flavor. It arrived with instructions on how to store and serve. I had it warm with some butter to go along with soup. This bread was wonderfully stabilizing for my blood sugar - giving me sustained energy for hours without being overly filling. I will be ordering more of it.

  I started searching for a bread that would support my goal of fasting one day per week as a spiritual devotion. I knew I found the right source when I came to Joseph's website. Pure basic ingredients and ancient grains - I was certain Joseph's would help me. I suffer from inflammation, so when I read the benefits of alkaline bread, again this affirmed my belief that I have found the right source. Joseph's bread is now my only bread. I am satisfied on fasting days and my appetite is under control when eating normally. I feel better. I look forward to continuing to explore Joseph's recommendations to improving my health through its commitment to providing great nutritional products and advice. Thank you.

  Their bread is delicious and easy to digest. My husband has really seen the difference while he’s been on a clean eating adventure being satisfied eating bread that not only tastes great but has worked at helping him lose over 25 pounds

  Grateful for Joseph’s Bakery. I haven’t been able to eat bread in over 20 years. All types have been delicious and a joy to eat. Love all the tea, superfoods, and supplements. Will continue to make Joseph’s apart of our daily eating. Thank you for what you do and how you have helped so many people achieve health goals.
