Founded in 2015, Brammibal’s began by selling their vegan donuts at events and markets around Berlin. They wanted to change perceptions of plant-based food by offering an irresistible selection of delectable donuts which are entirely free from animal products. One year later, they set up their first permanent location and have since opened many more across the capital. Their skilled team of bakers make all of the donuts fresh every single morning using ingredients that are sustainably sourced and free from preservatives. All of their providers are dedicated to reducing their environmental impact too, so you can be sure that a donut from Brammibal’s has as low a carbon footprint as possible. The menu features classics like Choc Sprinkles and Cinnamon Sugar, as well as specials like Candied Almonds and Chocolate Peanut Fudge, while new creations are constantly being crafted to keep things exciting. They even have one “charity donut” which customers can buy if they want some of their money to go towards a good cause.

- Agata NowakPeople complain about the price but I think these doughnuts are worth it. Compared to one very famous company you can taste the difference and quality of the ingredients. I bought 4 but only like two of them. Blueberry one and lemon (top left and bottom left on the picture). I would definitely come back to buy the same ones and taste other flavours.
- Vassiliki PapanikolaouTried many different flavours- the best for me was classic cinnamon- need to try this! Really fresh and soft but the other flavours were not that special as expected.
- Anna MartinCan’t complain! You just got to love yourself a good vegan doughnut
- Kasper KirkegaardKinda expensive compared to other places that have better donuts and a bigger section of donuts. The staff was really nice and in the end i got some good donuts. If you are nearby and wish to see a fancy donut shop, try and swing by.
- Lucy LakeyI spent such a long time looking for this place inside a very busy shopping centre, only to find the shelves completely empty, nearly 2 hours before it was due to close. It wasn't easy to find in my opinion. The next day, I decided to order via delivery to avoid disappointment and my, my was I not disappointed. I ordered a box of 6 and they were all very tasty and generously sized. The salted caramel and apple pie were particularly delicious. I've passed other Brammibal's during my time in Berlin and they always seem to be very busy, so I'd advise ordering online or getting there early to avoid disappointment.
