- Alexandra BartkoskeWow. Just wow. Fantastic food with beautiful presentation. I’ve been vegetarian for most of my life and have never been to a vegetarian/vegan restaurant that was this good. I did the Chef’s Table tasting menu and it was so worth it. Watching everyone at work and seeing their technique was phenomenal. Every single person I encountered in Bloom was kind and personable. Someone told me that Bloom’s owners also have a vegan taqueria. I know where my next stop is!!

The service was beyond amazing, the chef and the team go above, and beyond to explain what each dish contains, and how it is made. The cocktails were really delicious and something that I liked was that they have a very wide menu of vegetarian and vegan dishes that you can try. The miso guava eggplant, coconut dumplings, parsnip custard, and pot de creme stood out for us. I recommend this place for anyone who is a vegetarian or vegan and looking for quality food.

The food is always super delicious and creative and the service is wonderful. Will return again and again.. went here for my birthday with my family, really enjoyed again and the waiter Valanti was wonderful.... had the chateubriand and the gnocchi everything was super delicious. loved my drink, too.
- Jacob HarmonAs always, as good as it gets. I’m celiac and lactose-intolerant, so Bloom offers flavors I haven’t experienced in many years—it’s like magic. The blue oyster mushrooms were outstanding, as was the yucca pepperoni flatbread. My wife and I loved sharing all the plates, resulting in the perfect amount of food. The cocktails and mocktails were excellent. My favorite restaurant in the city, and it never disappoints—only getting better and better.

We did the tasting menu (highly recommend) and felt VIP sitting at the chef’s counter. Every course was phenomenal and well-balanced. Service and drinks were great as well. Would definitely go back!
