- Marie H.If you haven't yet, you MUST stop by here. I love to support Black owned businesses, and this one is definitely one to support! The vibe is everything here. The service was awesome. Alex did an awesome job holding it down on his own. The food was soooo good. Rich and flavorful. I went twice while I was in town!
- Vegan GrandfatherIf you're looking for a delicious vegan restaurant, look no further than that. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a cozy atmosphere. The menu was filled with creative and flavorful vegan dishes that left me feeling satisfied and impressed. I highly recommend trying, it was out of this world! The service was top-notch and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant.
- Howland CroweSo, note to self: always get a reservation. This place can get packed, but there's a reason for that. The food is so good and flavorful! My fiancée and I have been here 3 times now. The So Simple sandwich is one of the best burgers I've had in my life, and the other stuff is still damn good. So much depth of flavor! At times, there may be one girl working the counter and taking orders, so you will have to be patient, especially if it's busy. Makyla was very friendly and lovely when helping us get seats and food, despite us not having a reservation. But the wait is very much worth it. The venue itself is a vibe and staff and other customers are quite friendly. We are definitely coming back.
- Daniel CastilloTabitha Brown recommended this restaurant on one of her shows, so we went to check it out. It's a small and cute restaurant. It was packed with patrons. The servers were really nice. The decor and mood of the atmosphere were vibrant. The French Toast and the Cauliflower dish, Crying Ryan, were absolutely delicious. Compared to the other items I got, which were: the Lobster Roll, Mac and Cheese, Bake and Salt fish, and AU Immaculate Patty, the French Toast and Crying Ryan took the cake. It wasn't close either. Unlike Tabitha, 🤣😂 where she doesn't give any feedback on the food she eats besides, "everything tastes good," I thought the patty and the bake and saltfish were underwhelming Those dishes had a sprinkle of flavor compared to the French Toast and Crying Ryan. It's worth checking out.
- Alena BCute Black Owned Vegan restaurant right off Nostrand. I love coming here every time I visit Brooklyn. The music is always on the right playlist, the aesthetics give an inviting atmosphere to want to stay for longer, & the food completes the mission of good vibes. I love their vinyl/retail area, very loungy. They have a cute little bar area as well. I recommend the Bake & Saltfish, French Toast, Lobster Roll, & The Fish Cakes. Each dish is unique in its own way and full of flavor. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They get pretty busy in the evening so make sure you get a reservation.
