- Andrea ValacchiFirst time I experienced a full vegan restaurant and this place in Copenhagen was an excellent choice. This city is really a great gastronomic “platform” that satisfied the most demanding palates. The courses journey was a crescendo of tastes but the ones I liked the most were the mushroom based preparations. The onion tea was also a great taste experience. The wine pairing was also interesting to be exposed to. Antoine was a good host 🙌 Bit expensive though for not being a starred restaurant … yet…

- Terri WongVegan, sensational and flavorful — 9-course seasonal mid-autumn menu was full of nature’s gifts, well crafted and delightful, memorable for a world traveler’s birthday. Interior was modern, hyggelic, cozy, open floor plan for homey relaxation and big windows for people watching, perfect for a rainy evening in Copenhagen. Staffs are nice and holding space. I preferred to dine alone, but I never felt lonely, staffs took good care of me. Approachable, professional, and kind. I chose Ark for my birthday because it’s one of the only two vegan restaurants in Denmark that gained Michelin Green Star, recognized as the pioneer in prioritizing sustainability above all else throughout the operations. In Ark, they forage mushrooms and run a sustainable mushroom farm; no waste - they maximize the ingredients in all parts, marinate and ferment; they show adventurous spirit and courage in uplifting vegan in the fine dining world, and I deeply appreciate what they’ve done and continue doing for the greater good of the planet. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- Harsh JoshiHands down the absolute best vegan fine dining restaurant I've ever eaten at, and this is comparing to many different locations around the world. Great staff, great drink pairings, amazing food. They pride themselves in being carbon neutral and never harming the environment, so it's interesting to hear how they go about doing so. Highly recommend!!
